The structure for the Engagement Hub is tier based, varying from a Essentials to Enterprise pack, starting at 4.999,50 EUR per month. We would like to point out that we don’t work on a cost per member base, as we believe that loyalty should not become more expensive based on success. Therefore, we work with a fixed price per month, based on your requirements. Please contact us for a detailed proposal.
No, there are no limitations geographically, nor per department. The Engagement Hub is a single hub required for organizations, working in different countries, departments and individual brands. The Engagement Hub can be customized based on markets, users, members, journeys and more.
Yes, that is possible. As loyalty and wider engagement programs should be personalized as much as possible, there are extended possibilities to combine and detail different benefits, promotions and rewards based on individuals and tiers.
Yes, that’s possible. The Engagement Hub is developed for you to manage your own program. VANEIGENS supports you in the implementation, integration, configuration and possible customization, whereafter a thorough training and development program ensures you and your colleagues to be able to manage and adjust all details of your program yourself. Yes, the Engagement Hub is developed as OEM and can also run with other CRM platforms, like Microsoft Dynamics and the Oracle clouds. As the platform is developed with extensive API connections, the interface can run with all types of CRM platforms or other data sources.
