“We implement without code”, that’s our starting point for every implementation process. Either we make full use of the configuration possibilities of the existing Salesforce platform or we try to reuse solutions that we have developed before, for example through unique managed packages (our accelerators). Our vision on design of the implementation plan and solution is therefore based on clearly defined rules, following a dedicated structure.

SOFTWARE-AS-A-SERVICE

Where we find gaps in the offer to clients with the SOOTB solutions of Salesforce and the opportunity to standardize a common need and wish of clients, we start developing a product add-on that is complementary to the Salesforce portfolio and a simplification of tools and technology, so clients can complete their platform with new features and tools without needing to code and have a lot of hazzle and time spend on finding out the wheel. All products are part of our Product Suite and offered as Software-as-a-Service.
